New mortgage product

In choosing a new mortgage product I was informed very well of the pros and cons of each as they pertained to my circumstances, making a choice much easier. The booked telephone call was on time, friendly and helpful. The calculation of affordability was very useful for reach product and the ability to pay off up to 10% of the outstanding balance each year a useful one if savings allow. the right product to help in difficult times. .

I wanted to help my daughter and her children to secure a new home for themselves after a very distressing divorce which left her with insufficient funds to buy herself. The Leek Building Society offered exactly the right product to help me do this, a Regulated Buy to Let mortgage. The mortgage offered was competitive with a 2 year discounted rate which they have renewed for further 2 year periods at the end of the original term. On every occasion that I have contacted them they have responded in a friendly but very professional and efficient way, giving me clear information about my mortgage options, about overpaying and paying off some of the balance remaining on the mortgage. I feel that I could contact them at any time with any questions about my mortgage and receive a response from a well-informed, helpful member of staff. You won't be unhappy with Leek as a mortgage provider

Leek Building society have been a great mortgage provider since 2020. Very clear and friendly customer service. I was delighted when my independent mortgage advisor told us Leek had come out on top for our remortgage. He told me all his clients who go with Leek say the same positive things about them. Huge help at a hard time

Great mortgage rates, but not quick.

Leek Building Society can't be beaten on mortgage rates, we've renewed twice with them now and there was just nothing else on the market at the time that compared. The only thing I would say is that everything takes a long time, and if you want to change your product in any way you have to go through a mortgage advisor, which can be a bit of a frustrating process.
