Strong communication, digitally needs updating

Top class mortgage and service

Not good for existing discounted mortgage customers

I have rated 4 due to only building society who were able offer the mortgage amount I were looking at the time. However, when BOE raised the interest rate leek raised them quickly even for discounted rate mortgages. Despite leek offering better rates for new customers now they have not reduced for existing customers Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

High interest discounted mortgage.

I have discounted mortgage with leek. Despite other lenders had reduced their interest rates recently leeks did not and have kept at higher rate of 5.75% which .50% more than BOE. I can’t understand how come is this discounted rate. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
