Staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and extremely friendly, nothing is ever too much for them,they always explain in a clear and simple way so that I always understand what I am investing in,I also like the fact that you can go to the branch and gain all the information that you want without having to phone someone you don't know ,and often have to wait a very long time to speak to,that's why I invest in Leek building society, it's local,for local people, a great place to invest.
