Great online service. Good customer service via phone. everything is clear and easy. Interest rates are ok, but could be better. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Great Saving Rates and Customer Service

They hold their interest rates as high as they can for a longer duration when the Bank of England drops rates compared to their competitors. It means as a customer I get more from saving which is my main appreciation. Aside from that their customer service is also great! Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
