Leek Building Society is a local, Physical branch.

Unlike my bank now, Leek Building Society is a local, physical branch. It was easy to set up my savings and ISA accounts, Face to Face, which is Important to me. The pleasant staff, at the Leek Building Society, answered my many questions, and give me time to think about the information they had given me. I could go online if I wish, but that is not my go to when sorting my financial Matters. Negitives: The branch is only open until 1pm, BUT you can make an appointment with the Leek Building Society branch from 1pm onwards. Which is good, plus if you are able, you can go online. Easy to make an appointment.

Easy to make an appointment. Was given a range of products available for my level of savings and needs. Under no pressure to take an product. The society offers High Street banking and savings rather than on-line. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024

Support for savers with additional needs

Fantastic, remembered us by name. Provided a private, quiet space, and plenty of thinking time for my autistic, 19 year old son, to make his decisions on how to save his money. Providing clear and unbiased information on options available. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024

Excellent staff and products.

Helpful and friendly

have had a savings account with Leek United for years, I've set my child an account up here. The building society have provided advice with no pressure around savings accounts, life insurance, home insurance and mortgages. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and have a willingness to engage with customers unlike any other bank/building society I have banked with. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
