Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Local, no-nonsense

Good traditional approach to banking/savings with real people in a local building using sensible communication methods. It’s a dying art in banking, so long may Leek United maintain traditional values & approaches, it cannot be beaten. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

A Good Experience

I recently opened 2 new savings accounts with Leek Branch where I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The Customer advisor went into depth about the policies on offer and explained them in a manner that was very easy to follow which helped my decision greatly. When I left the branch I was very happy with my decisions and felt I had made the correct choice where I had invested my money. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

When sorting which savings account most suitable to meet our needs the Staff at the Cheadle Branch were very helpful and knowledgeable about the different accounts available.
