Over and above

On a recent visit to my local branch in Macclesfield a customer in front of me was trying to withdraw money from his account unfortunately he did not have his pass book or any acceptable form of identification, the staff tried there best to accommodate his request without breaking the societies security rules even offering to deal with his request after the branch’s closing time. Best building society

Myself and my family members are with the bank and have for many years. My branch is a part of the community and I personally like leek BS, as I can have face to face customer service and the staff are always at hand to assist. We need more Leek BS as the face to face human contact is disappearing in the high streets and I like Leek for still having walk in branches. Opening a child savings account

I wanted to open an account for my daughter with some money I had inherited. I was seen quickly and taken into a private room to discuss the options. The staff member gave their honest and professional opinion on which would be the best account for my needs. It was opened and the money deposited all in the same visit. Friendly but longer opening hours would be better.
