I like the friendly, helpful staff who are pleasant in all situations, even when they areover worked. The human touch is so important, especially for people with health issues who need a little longer to do this but wish to retain their independence. Reviewed on: 31st July 2022

Think the refurbishment is very good and modern, however with only having two counters it now makes my visit longer especially if you have a customer doing several transactions. Also since Covid, the hours don't suit us as we work all week until 4:30pm and our branch closes at 3pm when it used to be 4:45pm. Reviewed on: 31st July 2022
