Fabulous staff

We have numerous savings accounts with the Leek United at Oakengates, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them, always ready to answer any questions and recently with the death of my Mum and the closing of her account they were second to none, compassionate and professional and friendly, always ready to listen. We had our mortgage there we have savings ,and we save for the grandchildren there also ,all different products but the same level of first class service over many years,the staff are amazing. Just over two years ago I lost my husband suddenly,they helped me tremendously sorting my accounts ,paperwork etc all with respect and compassion ,it was good to have real people helping you and not some AI on the end of a telephone or someone who couldn't understand me on the phone in another country.
