we recently lost our lovely boy Blue (Weimaraner) aged 11 and the process of making the claim for his initial illness treatment and then the following stages of his illness until he passed I could not fault, everybody I talked to were so helpful and compassionate. My claim was settled promptly, professionally, and more importantly, humanely.

I hadn't been with Lifelong very long, when I had to claim for the death of my dog Del, due to cancer. They dealt with the claim promptly and all my interactions with them were unfailingly friendly, courteous and professional. They even cancelled my policy when I forgot to.
