Modern Business banking with a personal touch

I am able to do all of my Business banking via the Lloyds Banking app or the internet banking site, meaning I don't have to waste valuable time in a branch unless I want to discuss something. The experience is smooth and flexible and I feel I can trust Lloyds, as I have done for the past 18 years. Reviewed on: 8th January 2019

Awful experience, inability to speak directly to "the decision maker" about a time critical deal and the lack of response for many weeks made wife poorly, properly poorly. The bastards ultimately acknowledged what a shit show they had been and offered small gesture by was of apology. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
