never claimed in 5 years flight got cancelled due...

never claimed in 5 years flight got cancelled due to cost of jet fuel u had to book new flight i have been advice "If we do not state that something is covered, you should assume that it is not covered. As the reason for your claim is not one of the covered events listed on the policy, we are unfortunately unable to cover your claim on this occasion." Given different reason when challenged ?! Lloyds a bank that actually helps .

Lloyds have always been a great help to me when I have needed them and work towards getting a positive outcome for both me and them when I have been in difficulties, thankfully those times are now behind me and they always prove just as friendly and helpful now I don’t need them as much. Lloyds bank platinum account since 2015

I am banking with Lloyds bank from 2015. Always fast help,prompt,reliable service in any situation. Platinum card is required a fee payment but has a worldwide travel insurance for you and your dependants and partner. Break down cover even if you do not own a car or drive just you have to be in the car when the cover needed. Also phone insurance for you and your family. They have life style benefits from wich I choose free Disney subscription. Better shopping experience with them every day offer. If you go abroad you can order your travel money and also can use your card for payments or withdraw from ATM without any extra hidden fee. I would highly recommend them service for everyone specialy for family's. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
