Excellent customer service at Southwell Branch

I joined LBS just over 3 months ago as the interest rate offered on a fixed rate bond was attractive. I joined at the Southwell Branch as I had some confusion about the online information. The service I received was excellent and I think I obtained information in that conversation than I would not have through the online process. A month or so later I telephoned the branch for some further information and again the help/advice I received was excellent. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024
