Wonderful to be able to talk to staff in person. The staff are incredible, very helpful and explained everything you need to know. My father died last year and the staff we were great at sorting his account out at a very difficult time for us. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

Outstanding Customer Service for Savings Accounts

Having had a variety of different savings accounts over the years, I have found the Loughborough Building Society to be straightforward and they have provided excellent Customer Service. There are no queues on the telephone, and the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot fault the service I have received from the Loughborough BS and have been a customer for many years.
