Manchester Credit Union loans are available for up to £15,000. Members can clear the balance of a loan at any time and won’t be charged any early settlement fees.

A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. I'm a nurse and signed up through the NHS. The money I save each month come straight out of my salary so I feel like I don't miss it. Although if I do need to dip into it, I can transfer a sum from the credit union and it appears instantly in my current account. It allows me to save for treats for the family and secret birthday or anniversary gifts for my husband who would notice me spending from our joint account! This year I am saving a small amount towards Christmas. I can't dip into this so I know I will have a little nest egg built up for December. It is a very easy and flexible way to save but with access if needed. Any dealings I have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the knowledgeable, efficient and friendly staff.
