A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Good overall experience

I found that the loan was straight forward to apply for. The interest and fees were explained clearly and are value for money. It is easy to pay extra, or change payment dates, but it can be difficult to get through to the team on the phone. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
