There when I needed them

Credit union have helped me a lot I got a child benefit loan off them and I have been with them a few years now they have also let me take money out of my locked savings when I really needed to and I also have recommended them to a few people I know now instead of getting a high interest loan Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Been taking credit union family loans out for a numb...

Been taking credit union family loans out for a number of years and have never had a problems always excellent customer service. Quick payments into my account too. I always use these as a way of saving for my children’s birthdays. Reviewed on: 28th June 2025

A community working for the community.

I have always found the staff at MCU helpful friendly and supportive. I have a brain injury and they are patient with me as I can struggle speaking and understanding information given to me. They always make sure I’ve fully understand what we’ve discussed and explain what options are available for me. They give excellent advice on other services that are available for me and checked that I am claiming other benefits that someone with my health problems is entitled to. They helped with emergency payments when I’ve had no money for food. I think there absolutely wonderful. My illness prevents me from working at the moment and I get distressed at times because as a single parent it’s so difficult to make ends meet. But they are empathetic and supportive and I always feel better about myself after speaking with them. There peoples people and will always do their best to help. They make you feel that community spirit that has disappeared from so many other institutions like banks ! I give them 10 out of 10 and am ever so grateful for all the help and support they have given me. Thank you MCU. Reviewed on: 28th June 2025
