They are great at answering any questions I have or...

They are great at answering any questions I have or when they their has something gone wrong I do shopping for my disabled neighbour and when I apply for application they listened to what was going on. Finally a loan company that actually cares!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Manchester Credit Union. The whole process was straightforward, quick and much less stressful than I expected. The staff were friendly, understanding and actually treated me like a person rather than just a number. Communication was clear throughout and they explained everything properly with no hidden surprises. Payments are manageable and the support they offer feels a lot more personal compared to other lenders.
