A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Unclear information about a loan application

It's not very clear on whether the loan as been approved or not. I have received email notifications asking for further information but unable to provide the details as it won't allow the recipient of the message to receive sensitive information. I then receive an email that my loan has been approved and will receive the funds. The information provided is contradictory and I am unsure what is going on. Reviewed on: 17th June 2025
