As a young mum to 2 kids I really appreciate the loans, it’s affordable to repay and the have never missed a payment sending my back the money that is left out of my child benefit. The ladies on the phone are absolutely lovely and will help you step my step if needed. They also understand the struggle and do not judge or have an attitude making you feel like you are begging for money, I have used them since my first baby was born in 2019, my credit score allows me to lend off other providers but I am happy with just this one. You have no idea how much this helps, the top ups seems to come when you need it the most for a good shop and school uniforms. I pay £14 back a week it’s so affordable. Good customer service

Very customer service. They responded to all my queries despite the many calls, they still answered without complains or disregarded my worries. They made sure all of concerns were solved. I remember they sent me an email of loan approval but needed my signature, I didn't receive the email because it went into my spam. I called and they confirmed they sent it. I called again and I requested the email should be sent to my other email and they did. I was amazed. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

loan and savings

I took out a loan in Feb 2024 and have simultaneously built up savings with them alongside this. I have only ever had 1 issue when savings money was incorrectly allocated towards my loan, one message in the in app chat and it was resolved. The loan process took some time and a few phone calls, it was a very human process which I liked as I likely would have been declined by a high street lender and yet I have never missed a payment and my finances have only improved as a result of the loan.
