Increased premium for no reason

I got a renewal quote from M & S for my car insurance and it was as high as i have never seen it before. I knew i couldn't pay all that as i have never claimed and Gosh have i been driving for long. Got 20 quotes twice as cheap and i didn't hesitate to change. My issue with them is that even when customers don't actually want to change insurance providers you are forced to because M&S basically don't do price matching so i pity people who don't look at their quotes and their premiums auto renew. So with that, they will be the last on my list to ever consider. All the best. Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Excellent customer service, low quotes

I was very impressed with the low quote offered considering that it is a comprehensive policy with all the features I was looking for. It was half the price of my renewal quote. I also found customer service excellent, with my documents being processed within a day of sending them through. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 24th March 2015
