Disappointing

Initially pleased until we wanted to move house. Numerous obstacles put in the way of transferring the mortgage. Then told that no longer lending smaller amounts. Had to repay the mortgage early and then had to pay penalties. Really disgusted with the service we have received. Reviewed on: 11th December 2020

Excellent!

Big Help

Devastated

Katie Scrase very helpful but we are only ever informed of anything after multiple chases. To be informed completion was being worked to for the 3rd, to then only find out they may not even lend to us due to Japanese Knotweed. Even though a mortgage offer was submitted to us 1 month prior to this and no mention at all of that. Also the management treatment plan for the knotweed shows no areas of concern and is fully comprehensive. Also all other houses on the development have sold. To have this dropped on us on the 11th hour has caused considerable confusion and stress . Reviewed on: 1st December 2020

Ok but very slow

Recommend by our IFA but what should have taken 3-4 weeks took over 10. I realise that there pandemic affected everything but the delay and inability to be able to contact anyone or get a progress report caused considerable stress. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2020
