Interest Only Mortgage

Very satisfactory. I have found Mansfield to be very efficient and helpful especially at this time of Covid. I needed an interest only mortgage at a fixed rate for 2 years in order to buy a property whilst I sold my previous one, which took a year. In that time the interest rate was extremely satisfactory and once the my property was sold and the 2 years was over I was able to pay off the mortgage. If I ever needed another mortgage I would certainly consider going to Mansfield. Thank you Reviewed on: 4th November 2020

Self build barn conversion

Despite all that’s happened with Covid-19 our mortgage was offered on the day the UK closed down - Mansfield Allowed us to extend the offer during lock down and then swiftly reopened the application after The extended period once’s all relevant financial checks had been confirmed we completed in Several weeks Mortgages Do take time - with Mansfield it was easier and always communicated with us Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
