Friendly and Helpful

Middle of the road

Not the cheapest mortgage provider, but they did give me one in unusual circumstances so can't complain about that. Majority of correspondence is done by post which can be a little inconvenient sometimes. Easy to contact by phone and typically friendly telephone operators. Reviewed on: 10th November 2025

I would have lived to stay with Mansfield for another two years at the least but I wasn't offered anything close to what we got from leeds building society. It was enough savings that it was worth the headache of remortgaging with them Reviewed on: 4th November 2025

Grateful thanks

Changed their rate just before completion!

Provided an initial rate that was good, which is why I picked Mansfield. They decided to bump the rate a few points just before completion making it not worthwhile. Reviewed on: 14th October 2025
