The service I received was excellent

The service I received was excellent the staff very friendly and the interest rate was good. Reviewed on: 18th September 2023

Failure to adhere to basic instructions.

I gave clear, precise, accurate instructions to close the account requesting a BACS payment of closed funds to a High Street Bank. I provided all the necessary details. What happens ? A cheque is sent instead and now that takes 5 -6 days to clear. Failure to adhere to a simple straight forward request has now caused me a lot of inconvenience and loss of interest. Easy transfer

Good systems but poor interest rate
