Entirely satisfactory but not very competitive

Good customer experience, however: (1) savings interest rates generally not very competitive; and (2) online functionality is below average for peers in the industry, as for most savings accounts it is not permitted to request withdrawals online. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Need an online savings presence

I’m an ex employee who showed loyalty by keeping some accounts at MBS. However I live too far away and given there is no online presence, unfortunately it has proved inconvenient to keep the accounts. Reviewed on: 7th February 2022
