Easy to get through to someone on the phone and they were aesy to understand, no strong accents, and were very friendly, helpful and polite. Local branch and loyalty rates for local people. Bond opened by post in less than a week from my initial phone call. Great to get personal help rather than having to do everything on line. It's hard to sort out a new savings account during lockdown but with an email and a phone call we managed to do so quite easily with the Mansfield Building Society. Staff were frienky, polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 1st March 2021

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The society has kept going throughout the pandemic and maintained Saturday morning opening hours whereas most other banks and building societies have shut up shop. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021

Changing climate

I have always been satisfied with my account that I have had with the Mansfield Building Society and which I have held for many years, but unfortunately owing to the Covid pandemic and the fact that I do not go out very often,I have made the decision to close my account with yourselves and consolidate with my other accounts that I have elsewhere. In the future if things should change I would not hesitate to open another account with the Mansfield Building Society. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2021
