Help and Advice

We made an appointment to discuss our savings plans, the help, advice and guidance we received was very good and helped us make our decision to open several savings accounts. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Used to have good rates

The Mansfield BS used to have a regular saver with a good rate but like a lot of them they have not kept up with increases in the base rate and now we have instant access accounts that have better rates. The branch staff are friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Professional Knowledgeable Staff

very good experience always

My local town closed three banks HSBC first followed by Barklays and then Yorkshire, therefore many older customers in Sutton in Ashfield were left with few options, so many have opted for the Mansfield & Nottingham B/Societies and found the customer service is better than most of the banks they had been with for years, local, flexible and frendly with far better customer focused service. please go local? Alright in all

Excellent customer service all round

Great savings accounts with a friendly smiley face as you walked into any branch . Advisors are friendly and smiley . The interest rates could be better when high street banks are offering better rates Reviewed on: 2nd August 2022

Nightmare!

Difficult to contact. Very poor customer experience. Lost bank book and still waiting for ISA funds to be forwarded to Leeds Building Society. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2022
