Difficult to open an account at MSB

I FOUND it difficult to open an account at MBS partly due to Covid 19. I had to either return home to fill in the application form or sit on a bench outside. I choose the latter as I live a fair distance away from the branch. Reviewed on: 7th December 2020

Friendly and efficient

A very speedy response after a brief chat on the phone, a firm through the post and slipping the form back through the door when closed. Reply next day. Excellent and a good rate of interest too! Reviewed on: 9th November 2020

How I see it

I’ve used the building society since leaving school, which is many years, but over time the Mbs has been left standing by or society’s and banks by not embracing technology and now a days it’s like working into a museum with what they can offer in the digital world.
