I have been an investor with Mansfield Building Society for a number of years and have found them first class in their customer support, offering very competitive rates tio investors and always keeping you well aware of new products and deails of existing accounts. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

Always a good experience at Mansfield branch!

Always a good experience when visiting Mansfield branch, very friendly & helpful staff who always make you feel welcome. Have banked with Mansfield Building Society for years, they have some good savings accounts and are very competitive with the bigger banks. Person-centred.

A helpful and friendly person always on the end of the phone. A welcome change from the usual maze when trying to contact financial providers. Staff helped me sort out my finances when I got confused in a really sympathetic way. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
