Making contact with the Mansfield Building Society

I have only made contact with the Mansfield Building Society through the telephone or the internet, as I live in East Leake which is at the other end of the county. Sometimes it takes a while before I receive a reply, but when it comes it is always courteous and very helpful. Support your local building society

It is unusual nowadays to be able to speak to someone based in this country who speaks proper English and not a customer service department based in India thank goodness. Very reassuring. Reviewed on: 9th January 2026
