Fantastic customer service

Myself and my husband came into the branch to open ISA’s. Staff were friendly, efficient and well informed. Customer service from other financial institutions is pretty much non existent, not so at The Mansfield! The girls (Helen and Sophie I think) were a delight and we felt valued and unrushed. We didn’t need to make an appointment and there were no hoops to jump through. The branch was spotlessly clean and bright too. Well done! Reviewed on: 19th May 2025
