The account I opened was market-leading in 2023, but was then surpassed. Gradually I reduced the amount I had saved with the Mansfield. In the absence of other Mansfield accounts that were interesting to me, I decided to close my account. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Great customer focus

Visited the Branch and was given sound advice on opening new account prior to closing an older one. Leaflets also provided. Opened an account easily when I had done what I needed to do. Just friendly and helpful staff both in the Branch and when contacted by phone. Reviewed on: 4th July 2025

Closed savings account and transferred balance to ISA account. Seamlessly done by counter clerk. Only done for improved interest rate. Reviewed on: 1st July 2025

I had a really good experience with the Mansfield, I was able to have a savings book and send a family member in with the money to deposit. It was nice to see that the savings were growing and the interest rate was fantastic! The only negative was when it came time to getting a copy of my savings to give to my mortgage advisor, because I only had a savings book and not a digital account, the bank I was going with told me they would not accept a photocopy of the book. However, when I applied for an online account the process was very quick and when I had trouble doing it I was able to call and speak to somebody directly who made sure that I got all the information that I needed.
