Not passing boe interest rates onto savers

Regular savings accounts are supposed to pay more than instant access accounts - not so with old regular saver accounts Mansfield have - which are being left to rot on the vine Reviewed on: 2nd October 2023

Whilst most of our mortgage and savings rates are not linked to the Bank of England Base Rate, we last updated the rates on our variable rate accounts on 1 September 2023 and this was the third time we have made increases this year. An efficient and professional experience

Every occasion when I have been in contact with the staff they have been very helpful and professional. Information has been given directly and in a precise manner. Poor interest rates

Interest rate not competitive and getting money out is only by cheque or by paying £25 for online transfer! Reviewed on: 18th September 2023
