I wanted to open a trust account but didn't know where to start, the staff at Mansfield building society were great they explained everything about a trust account and even helped with the application and gave me a ring when the account was open. Reviewed on: 21st July 2024

The staff always greet you with a smile.

The staff always greet you with a smile. They give very good advice on various accounts and answer all questions asked. It is wonderful to enter a building society where you are treated as a valuable customer. Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

Arranged appointment

Staff were very good and welcoming and ensured I understood all the detail of the various savings accounts. I received genuine good customer care. Staff are a credit to the Society. Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

I closed my account.

I closed my account. The cashier wasn't sure if I would receive a penalty for closing my account, so she had to ask a colleague who wasn't sure either. I would think this is something that they should know. Reviewed on: 18th July 2024

Calls made, got clear answers. Second RSA opened

Calls made 1/ Explained my extant RSAhad 30 days notice. 2/ Confirmed I could have the newer RSA clarifying it had different ts&cs. Reviewed on: 18th July 2024

Bridie O'Shea is a breath of fresh air. she is an asset to the company; extremely helpful and professional in her dealings. the only reason we are leaving is to attract a better interest rate and terms. it is a pity Mansfield could not offer a comparable product otherwise we would have stayed with Mansfield.if in the future Mansfield did, we would be back.
