excellent service

Application made by mail. Account was opened and my passbook was with me by return of post. A lovely lady called Claire rang me about terms and conditions. Reviewed on: 14th July 2020

Excellent service

Visited the Sutton branch to open a new bond which I expected would have to be passed to the head office but no, I had already filled in the forms having downloaded them, the cashier copied my ID and verified it, checked the forms and too the cheque and said the book would be posted to me either that day or the next. Good products, but not class-leading

After a period of non-availability, a Regular Saver Account has re-introduced, but the Interest Rate is only 1.20%. On the same day, I opened a Regular Saver Account with the Coventry Building Society, who are paying 1.85% Reviewed on: 1st July 2020

I have found the service from the savings team at Mansfield Building Society to be good. They treat you as an individual and it is s if they know you, rather than the corporate experience you get with a large bank. Reviewed on: 1st July 2020
