Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fast and furious

Its woof!

As a 3 year old , I would like to say how bought by many helped me get emergency treatment for my sand paw as my wonderful bit not too intelligent owner got a bit enthusiastic on the beech throwing a ball for me to fetch.
