Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent service.

When my dog required emergency spinal surgery due to a disc problem and Bought by Many were contacted, they were caring and compassionate and took everything out of my hands but on the same vein they kept me updated with every aspect of the claim. There is a reason is bought by many

Really easy to use, setup process is straightforward with good options to suit your pets needs. I chose the money back policy which I think is a great idea if you don’t claim within the year. 24/7 vet access is a valuable bonus and I even got a free Dog first aid course! Quality service

Best move for our pet was to insure with BBM

We had accepted large rises in premiums with no claims for almost 5 years until I decided to shop around - finding this Insurance Company was enlightening as not only were they polite from the outset but premiums were easier to understand and representative of where I would have expected them to be. I wont win the money
