Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

The best out there

Over the last few years I have had to make a number of claims for vet treatment for my dogs. Bought by Many have paid out promptly and the best thing is is that their prices are very competitive and the policies I have have no excess. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Another good year

Have used Bought by many for few years now for my 2 labs. It is becoming expensive for my 13 1/2 yr old lab, but Vet is even more expensive. The premium for my younger lab is the same ever year which is just great! Claims are very easy to make.... Overall very happy with them . Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
