Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Claims can be thrown out for the least little thing

I have only claimed once and due to the vet calling my pet a marginally different breed to many pets my claim was thrown out. After talking to them the claim is now continuing through the system but is in a queue. This has been a lengthy process. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Great value for money

Whenever we have requested updates the customer service representatives have been extremely helpful. The policies are easy to understand and my small claims are paid swiftly.
