We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Shadow’s Accident & ManyPets Experience

I had to take Shadow (cat) to an emergency vets after an accident. Once treatment had finished and he was given the all clear, I put in a claim which was very easy. I was kept up to date via the online service and the customer service agent was friendly and helpful on the one occasion I did call. While I would have preferred not to be claiming as it meant Shadow was unwell, it was an excellent service. A friend recommended me following their own experience and I’m pleased I took her advice.
