We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Great customer service agents!

All the customer service agents I have dealt with have been fantastic. Always so helpful and patient and go out of their way to help. When I was getting my second kitten, they set a time to call me back on the day we were getting her to start the policy and go over the details and breakdown the costs and gave me options for which would be the best for me.
