We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

They’ve increased my insurance to £300.

They’ve increased my insurance to £300. They take months to pay claims, keep requesting medical history after having sent it so many times. Very expensive Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Empathetic and great customer service

I’ve had to use many pets to make two huge claims over a period of time with my previous two dogs who sadly passed away. Many pets were excellent at handing the claims and so kind whenever I had to call. I’ve now got 3 new dogs and still with many pets due to the service I received previously.
