Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Quality Provider with great service

A responsive insurance provider who quickly actions claims once submitted. They all have great benefits established which are reasonable and hugely beneficial (e.g 24 hour vet access). In addition to being affordable they offer tailor made insurance if needed but also basic level depending on needs. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good cover but expensive

Great cover, luckily not had to claim on the insurance but have used the First Vet service which is very helpful. Premiums have increased dramatically despite no claim which is disappointing Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Fab service, fab policy

I’ve called twice before and both times the customer service agent was so lovely. Kind, took the time to listen and helped me out both times so quickly! I feel protected by this policy and happy to pay for such full cover and to know that there is someone on the other end of the phone that will make any process as smooth as can be. The first vet access has been used by us on many occasions, I am a nervous owner so it is a great service to calm my nerves and give me some relief or guidance. I have had to use my insurance a few times for my pet, easy to do especially for people who maybe aren't tech savvy, each time has been very easy, it's not left me feeling overwhelmed, it leaves me feeling at ease and I'm always happy with any interactions I have had. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
