Good customer service and easy to make claims

I have all 3 of my cats insured with the company. The premiums are very competitive and its a good cover. We had made a claim for the hospitalisation of one of our cats. It was an easy process and they dealt direct with our vets, but kept us updated by text all the way. We have another claim in progress but again we are receiving updates. ManyPets are an excellent pet insurance company to deal with. Claims are easy to submit online and are then dealt with directly between the company and your vets, with claims being paid to either the vets or yourself. Also unlike other companies, if your pet has had a condition in the past, once you have not had advice or medication for it within two years, it doesn’t count as pre existing!
