An insurance copy which delivers on their promises

Pet insurance is a product you hop you will never need to claim on but when you do you want matters to be simple and quick. If found such to be the case, with very prompt payment of my claim and indeed good advice around different policy options when renewing my policy which on the basis of my keeping my pet healthy will keep the cost of comprehensive coverage contained in these inflationary times. A truly impressive offering, good communication throughout (claims and when exploring renewal options). Would recommend ManyPets widely. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Incredible company

Mostly good but frustrating increase

They've mostly been good to deal with – they've approved claims with no hassle. Having FirstVet (video consultations with a vet) available for free is great for peace of mind. They are pretty spammy about it, sending more text messages about the status of a claim than I'd like. They increased the policy a lot year over year. It also turned out they had silently (as far as I can tell) gone back on their previous commitment not to let personal claims history affect future premiums. Now it's harder to know whether to use the insurance or not, where previously it felt straightforward. This is probably the case with most insurers, but it was such a nice and sensible policy while it lasted. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

I have the money back policy, so if I don’t claim I automatically get 20% of my premium back, which is an amazing option, as you pay so much into these insurance’s, so knowing I get some money back if I don’t require to use the premium for the year is an great incentive!
