Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Quick and Easy

I made a claim in the morning and within a couple of hours I had been paid. I am delighted with the non quibble and the speed in which claims are settled. Couldn't ask for anything better. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

If I could give 6 stars I would!

We’re relatively new customers as only just got a puppy earlier in the year. Many Pets were recommended to us by our friend who is happens to be a vet and are very happy that he did. From day one the customer service has been exceptional, every call or email has been answered promptly and professionally and all out claims have been paid quickly. Having the peace of mind that our much loved new family member has comprehensive cover with a company that wants to look after your pet is extremely reassuring. How insurance should be

Every stage of the process has been good. The amount of info and help in choosing the policy. Making my first claim, sadly having to report one of my pets as passed. Setting up

Great no hassle service

Quick easy and painless

Surprise vet trips can be tricky for my bank balance but Many Pets reimburses me for the cost of my dog’s clumsy accidents almost immediately. Plus if I don’t claim during the year, I get a partial refund from my yearly premiums. A win win situation Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
