Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Fantastic, Kind and Professional

We've unfortunately had to put a few claims in for our pets over the last year and every single one was quickly approved, communication with ManyPets was easy and professional and any concerns were resolved efficiently. The level of cover that we have for the price we pay, is really good and has put our minds at ease knowing our babies vet fees are covered reliably by a kind and professional company. Great cover for a reasonable price

We use Many Pets for our four cats. We swapped from Petplan because my research showed the level of cover is better for a similar price. We've made 2 claims: one was initially refused but after a conversation with a very helpful customer services rep to clear up a misunderstanding, it was honoured; our second claim was literally paid out the same day. It was my first time england also england pet insurance

I just moved on april And when we move to United Kingdom Me and my dog had travel more than 11hours with ferry, train, airplane, even bus She got so much stressed And I was worried about her loosing hairs and things And I just got the insurance for her asap She is now looking very healthy and all the problems gone Thank you! Most helpful and efficient

We’ve had our much loved Mini dachshund since December 2021, less than a year ago and we instantly registered with many pets through recommendations from lots of people. Since buying their insurance we have already had to claim twice, and on both occasions everything has ran smoothly and quickly. Would not recommend anyone other than ManyPets. Simply the best online insurance for my boys

Simple and easy is whats comes to mind - for that sold the product before I had even looked at the whole policy. In summary I got the cover I wanted or could afford - totally flexiability that allows me to control how I manage and look after my pets. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Amazingly quick and helpful assistance

One of my dogs has required ongoing treatment for abnormal gait. Physio, hydro and now a possible CT scan. Claims are paid withing hours not days or months like my husbands pet insurance. No hassle insurance

We had an unfortunate experience when our young golden Retriever was diagnosed with nasal cancer. Despite various medical procedures we lost our dog in January. Bought by Many settled all our claims without questioning and quickly. With that in mind, we have continued our pet insurance with them to cover our new pup. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
