Service you need at a stressful time

Having to claim on pet insurance is usually something you need to do but the health of your pet is uppermost so the last thing you need is a complicated process. This was so straightforward and everything was explained and dealt with quickly. Sadly my cat did not respond to the treatment and died soon thereafter but there was never any question of the claim not being paid. There was also a lovely touch of a card being sent expressing condolences. A much appreciated gesture. Nothing but praise from me Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Competitive value and excellent service

Took out dog insurance, Many Pets are competitively priced. Pup had a bad cut which was triaged on-line that day, and vet bill reimbursed straightaway. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Trouble-free - so kind and easy to deal with

I have had several, rather hefty claims for my beloved young Labrador. ManyPets insurance was easy to set up, easy to use, completely straightforward when I needed to claim, and have paid all my claims in full. It all takes so much stress out of having a sick pet. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Helpful and quick

Many Pets have always been responsive, helpful and professional with me. I only submitted a couple of claims over the past years, both were handled as one would expect. I honestly don’t have any negative comment to make about this insurance company. I am very happy to be with them and I feel safe knowing that my cats are insured with Many Pets. Caring pet insurer

Many Pets have been such a caring insurer and really helped make the claim process as easy and simple as possible when I had to go through the really distressing time of my dachshund having emergency spinal surgery for IVDD. They can take a while at the first claim of a pet but otherwise I've found them easy and quick to pay approved claims. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
