Great all round service. Our dog had an issue so I had an online consultation with FirstVet who advised to go to our vet. Our vet prescribed some tablets and gave our dog an injection. We made a claim via the phone and within 4 hours the claim had been fully settled. Amazingly quick service. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

There when needed most

Having experienced a sudden traumatic loss Many Pets were so supportive. There to take off any pressure of liaising between ourselves and the Veterinary Practice. Always available to speak to and offer guidance where appropriate. Whilst nothing can relieve the ‘pain’ of such a loss - Many Pets came pretty close. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Good cover and excellent customer service

This is my second year with Many Pets. At renewal the premium had risen by over 60% which I couldn’t afford. I called them and a lovely lady listened to what I required and customised cover to meet my requirements. By doing this I have the same cover but my premium only rose by £5 a month. Since then I’ve had to call them for advice on my policy because of a possible claim and they didn’t put unfair clauses in my way. I have confidence that any claim I make will be honoured. In nearly 40 years of dealing with pet insurance this is the best I’ve ever encountered. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
