Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Easy to contact, fast payout

Many Pets have been amazing with the paying out of a serious claim in the first year of my Dog Rockos life. This period was very stressful and it took the load off knowing I didn't have to worry financially. Every time I've called up to clarify information, whether for a quote or claim, I've got through quickly to a UK call centre and staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. I am so happy I chose ManyPets.They are empathetic,understanding .Never had s problem with service and love the added value of the o line vet.Which in an emergency can be a life saver for your pet.Especislly out of hours. The best pet insurance company I've ever used

I have had pets for my entire life and therefore used a few different insurance companies in that time. Many Pets is the absolute best. They have always paid any claim I have made immediately and never quarrelled about the reasons or the amounts. If I ever have a question and send a message it is answered within an hour or so. They do what they say they do

Our cat unexpectedly started getting seizures. She was referred to a specialist and had to stay for several nights as they tested and then sorted her anti-seizure medication. The end to end medical bill was astronomical but we had insurance. The process was simple, we were kept updated throughout and overall, it was very quick.
