Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Easy, reliable cover.

We had a young cat with FIP who needed 6 months of treatment. His sister came home one day with a block of rat poison so we had many visits to our local vet. The insurance covered us and paid out quickly and without fuss. When we called to notify Many Pets the people we spoke to were helpful, professional and very friendly, making an extremely stressful time easier to deal with. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Like with all types of cover, you never really know how good a policy/company is until a claim arises. Many Pets were simply fantastic! They worked closely with our Vets and covered all of the treatment minus the agreed excess. I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pet!! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Great renewal process!!

I added an extra dog to my renewal 10 days before it was up so I phoned and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful. She went through the renewal step by step and was warm and friendly.
